Andre Kisselev

Andrei was classically trained by the Bolshoi Theater's Andrei Ledyakhov. He earned his Diploma as a Ballet Master and Choreographer from the Russian Consevatory of Culture and Art. Andre was a Principal Dancer and ballet teacher with the world renowned Moyseev Dance Company, and Riverdance. In 2001, Andre made New York his home. He still enjoys performing, teaching and choreographing.

Danny Holdstein

Dany Holdstein is the motivating force at DTHW. Before opening his studio on Long Island, he studied with dance legends, Martha Graham, Pearl Lang, Madam Darvash, Rick Atwell and Luigi. He performed and choreographed throughout South America with the Pearl Lang Company. Dany, "a teacher's teacher," taught Master Classes in Europe, Israel and the U.S.A., served as an Adjunct Professor at C.W. Post College, and conducted dance workshops for the Annual State Conference of the New York State Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance.
He is also Artistic Director of the contemporary Dany Holdstein Dance Company and most recently, added Producer of the Summer Dance Series At Morgan Park to his extensive resume.

Dawn Seaman

Dawn earned her B.A. degree from Wisconsin University, and her M.A. in Occupational Therapy from New York University. She is accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association, and has her own Pediatric practice. Dawn wants her young students to have fun in a dance class, while they learn dance basics and class etiquette.
She encourages self expression in her students allowing them become more confident and develop a high level of self esteem.

Jennifer Kwaak

Jenn teaches Creative Dance, Tap and Ballet Combo and Jazz. She won first Place Platinum in Dance USA, and was nominated for the European Dance Olympics

 
Slava Fadeyev

Yaroslav (Slava) Fadeyev, who comes from a ballet family, was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, where he trained at the famed Vaganova Ballet Academy.  Along with classical ballet, Slava's studies included; character, mime, acting and music.  After graduating, he joined the Kirov Ballet of the Marinsky Theatre, where he performed as a soloist in "Giselle," "Swan Lake," "La Bayadere," "Coppelia," "Le Sylphide," and many other roles.  Slava danced with the Hartford Ballet when he came to the U.S. in 1995.  Since then, he's performed with the New York Metropolital Opera, Uralsky Dance Productions, Eglevsky Ballet, and the Sawnee Ballet Company.   A meticulous accomplished teacher, Slava specializes in classical ballet, partnering, character dance, and coaching for performances and competitions.

Jenny Jones

Jenny majored in dance, and minored in elementary education at Hofstra University, where she earned her B.A. degree. DHTW is pleased to include the Jumping With Jenny Jones Dance Program in our 2007 - 2008 schedule.

Lancelot Theobald

Lancelot, a former professional football player, studied dance at Steps on Broadway, the Broadway Dance Center and Alvin Ailey. He has performed on Broadway and at the Metropolitan Opera, as well as in movies and television. Besides choreographing for the Knick's City Dancers, Lancelot is also executive producer and actor.

Nicole Koerner

Nicole is a graduate of C.W. Post College with a degree in Elementary Education. She is a gold medal winning dancer, and was nominated for the European Dance Olympics. Nicole teachers Jazz, Tap, and Lyrical.

Simon Kazantsev

Simon graduated from the Bolshoi Ballet Academy, where he also served as the assistant to Professor Alexander I. Bondarenko. In Moscow, Simon's ballet performances included; Giselle, Don Quixote, Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and Le Corsair.

Theresa Diaz-Dilallo

Theresa teaches Jazz, Tap, Ballet and Modern Dance. She has a B.A. degree in dance, and an M.A., degree in education. Theresa does Arts in Education Programs in public schools, and dances professionally with Circle of Dance Repertory Company and the Dany Holdstein Dance Comp

Yana Kisselev

Yana was classically trained at the Ballet Academy Vorenz. She has performed on Broadway in Riverdance with the Moscow Folk Ballet. Yana also performs with the Metropolitan Opera in New York.

Brooke Reinfeld

 Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Brooke is an accomplished dancer and teacher. She teaches children and teens, Jazz, Theater Dance, and Cheer Dance.

 

Kim Araki

Ballet teacher Kim Araki, trained in England, Canada and New York.  She has performed in Europe and the United States.
