Description |
| Creative Dance |
Ages 3 and 4 years old. Young children are taught basic movement, counting, an introduction to rhythm awareness, and how to listen to music. They also learn class etiquette and how to "work" as part of a group. |
| Tap & Ballet |
This is a Pre-Kindergarten. Children learn about rhythm and counting as their tap shoes click and clack. They are also taught the first basics of ballet training, in preparation for continuing their dance education. |
| Ballet |
Classes offer a variety of classical techniques, styles and genres. |
| Jazz |
Derived from classical principles, jazz classes are an artful blend of mind and body founded on a firm technical base. |
| Tap |
After learning the rhythmic basics of this American art form, students learn to master complex combinations. |
| XX FITNESS FACTOR |
A fitness class designed specifically for girls |
| XY FITNESS FACTOR |
A fitness class designed specifically for boys |
| THEATER DANCE |
Students study Broadway style choreography. |
| Pointe |
Based on individual teacher recommendations, students are allowed to take pointe class. |
| Junior and Senior Company Divisions |
This program was created for students nine years old and up, who enjoy being challenged. They must audition for placement, and if accepted are required to take classes in combinations specific to each division. |
| MODERN DANCE |
Modern Dance is a creative, dynamic, artistic, eclectic, and sometimes abstract style of dance. It requires a student who is open minded to different music genres, as well as willing to explore and create movement. Students dance barefoot, while working on technique. They explore different themes in choreography. Modern dance is less codified than ballet or modern jazz. It utilizes the imagination to create movement and shapes. |

YO MO is short for Yoga Motion. Taught by a CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR, young students enjoy learning a mix of Yoga postures, cand breathing, ombined with creative dance. |
